Network Security Products Release.Markar releases SAFE and CAFE.June 26, 2000 -- Markar announces the release of their latest Network Security products "SAFE" and "CAFE" SAFE (Securely Administered Firewall Engine) is a fully-managed firewall engine. Based on standard PC technology, this firewall product is built to the clients requirements, customised to their specifications and then installed in their premises. The firewall is then monitored and maintained remotely through a secure (strong-encryption) channel from our control centre. CAFE (Client-Administered Firewall Engine) is the same firewall engine as in our SAFE product. The only difference between SAFE and CAFE is that CAFE is designed for customers that wish to maintain their own firewall environment.
